I called Cessna today to inquire about cancelling my order, and receiving a refund of my $5,000.00. I will post here what transpires. I predict a class action lawsuit in Cessna's future. |

| After many calls to James Curtis at Cessna, I just received assurance in writing that I will be released from my contract to purchase the Skycatcher, and will be refunded my $5,000 deposit. I will post when I have received the refund. I cannot support Cessna's decision to manufacture the Skycatcher in China. |

| I received in today's mail a deposit refund check from Cessna. Though I believe the bean counters at Cessna made a bad business decision in having the Skycatcher built in China, they did the right thing by me in cancelling my contract and refunding my deposit, and for that I thank them. |
