New Jacksonville Facility May Train Pilots For Chinese Airlines Commercial Airline Pilot Training (CAPT) Program announced Thursday it has received official notification from the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China granting approval for CAPT's Cecil campus to train students to fly for airlines in China.
