I have been looking high and low for more information on the Garmin G300 that will be coming with the Cessna 162 SkyCatcher.
One of my top questions is, will the G300 include ADS-B?
The FAA's plan for ADS-B includes voluntary equipage of the GA fleet starting in 2010 and mandatory ADS-B compliance in 2020. Since the C-162 will start deliveries near the end of 2009 it only makes since that ADS-B will at least be an option, if not standard for the Garmin G300. |
