Does anyone have any news on what innovations are on the derivative engine?
Will there be a fuel injected version in future and will we be able to get away from the ancient Magneto? |

Looks like it's 25 lbs lighter, has even smaller cooling fins, dual slick mags, and carb. They have been shaving weight everywhere they can loose an ounce.
There have been a lot of inquires to Continental on using the O-200-D for other LSAs and experimentals and it looks like an injected version will be made for other platforms.
I'd like to know if it could be STCed for a Cessna 150 |
